NezCore Pulse Hub

The NezCore Pulse Hub is India’s first Connected Building Intelligence gateway — running on the C-DAC AS1061 THEJAS64 64-bit RISC-V processor, India’s own sovereign silicon. It is not a smart speaker with a sensor added. It is a multi-protocol building intelligence platform that simultaneously manages up to 32 sensor nodes via RS-485, bridges Matter 1.3 and Thread ecosystems, runs India’s own sovereign on-device LLM in 10 Indian languages with zero cloud calls, delivers WebXR Augmented Reality building control.

NezSatellite Sensor Node

The NezSatellite is a self-contained IP68 industrial sensor node running the C-DAC VEGA ET1031 THEJAS32 32-bit RISC-V processor. Each node deploys at a specific monitoring point — a water tap, a vaccine refrigerator, an OT environment, a pharmacy storage room — and reports continuously to the NezCore Hub or directly to the Zynvoltz IoT Cloud Platform. The NezSatellite’s core innovation is its patented 1kHz AC bipolar pulse electrode technology for water quality sensing — the only probe in the Indian market.

Aether OS is Zynvoltz’s embedded Linux IoT Platform, built specifically for the Pulse Hub. It is not a new operating system written from scratch — it is a precision-configured Linux stack, hardened for industrial IoT deployment, optimised for the AS1061’s unique architecture, and pre-integrated with the entire ZynVoltz intelligence stack. Every Hub ships with Aether OS pre-installed. It includes the complete building intelligence stack — voice AI pipeline, WebXR AR server, local AWS IoT platform, MQTT broker, tunnel daemon, and OTA update manager. Every component runs locally.
