Zynvoltz was founded in Trivandrum, Kerala — India’s technology capital — by three builders who saw the same gap from different parts of the world.
Vivek, based in Kerala, watched hospitals manage critical infrastructure with clipboards and monthly lab reports. He watched commercial buildings across India run on disconnected, analog systems while the rest of the world moved toward connected intelligence. The infrastructure that keeps buildings alive — water, environment, energy, safety — generated no data, gave no warnings, and asked for nothing until something failed.
Manu, based internationally, brought the product architecture perspective — the conviction that India deserved its own silicon, its own AI, and its own IoT platform that did not route critical building data through foreign servers.
Sooraj, also internationally based, brought global partnerships, enterprise market development, and the strategic relationships needed to take a DeepTech product from Kerala to the world.
The three agreed on one idea: India’s built environment is intelligent enough to think, predict, and protect — it simply needs the right nervous system. Zynvoltz was built to give it one.
We did not set out to build another IoT gadget. We set out to build India’s sovereign connected building intelligence platform — running on indigenous Indian silicon, powered by India’s own on-device AI, keeping Indian data inside India, and making every building — hospital, home, or commercial tower — a self-aware, resilient ecosystem.
